Strengthening our Collaboration -Determining how we might continue in the Future!!
Note: In the past, our conference has focused on new technologies and initiation of new projects, but it appears that the funding for the Science Group will be ending in December, and we will focus on how we might choose to continue the efforts of our group and what projects might be pursued.

Groups will be encouraged to meet during the Summit and the Science Group may meet on Friday night (or another time) if needed.
Concluding Note: At our first pre-summit meeting, five years ago, we started our collaborative groups providing GIS training for the ACA, the Green Chemistry Group, and CAWS, (connected with the funding of Appalachian Laboratories and now launching into NSF funding). We have been able to join with other such very successful groups, such as CART and emerging projects of various biologists. This may be our transition point, but I hope that we can come together to continue to support the great collaborative efforts that have been connected to the Science Group. Thanks for all your efforts and support over these five years!!. mark
