Explores the issue of ecological sustainability as it is impacted by agricultural systems and production.

An examination of the factors influencing the problem of undernutrition in less developed countries, with special emphasis on agricultural production. Attention will also be placed on economic and political factors which affect the availability of food to all people. Christian responsibility and response to world hunger will also be considered.
